Perused the material on record.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners liled the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of the respondents in dispossessing the petitioners from the land in Sy.No.465 to an extent of Ac.0-17 guntas, situated at i :;l ,:i i ':, ,I ,i i I { i , 1 i \ 2 I Maripeda Village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District (for brevity, "subject property"), as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners belong to the Scheduled Tribe community and do not have permanent houses in the Maripeda Village. They purchased the subject property from the successor of the original assignee, namely Smt. Gugguloth Sonia, S/o.Gugguloth Lalia, under a unregistered sale deed dated 21.11.2013. As per Section 3(5) of the Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition Of Transfers) Act, 1977 (now called "the Telangana Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, lg77l, the petitioners, being tandless poor persons, are eligible for assignment of house site pattas and they have been in possession of the subject property since 2013. The petitioners filed the present Writ Petition when the respondents commenced construction of a Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society (PACS) building by evicting the petitioners from the subject property. Thereafter, the respondents completed the said building within Ac.O-05 guntas of the land, leaving Ac.0-12 guntas available for assignment to the petitioners. The petitioners made a representation dated Og.l2.2O2O to the revenue authorities seeking assignment of the land for their 3 houses. [n spite of the said representation, the respondent authorities have not taken any action to consider the s€une.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners further submits that in spite of lapse of more than four and half years, the respondent authorities have not filed counter for denying the averments made by the petitioners in the writ affidavit. In view of the same, learned senior counsel requested this court to d.irect the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 09.1 2.2025 for assignment of available t I government land to the petitioners.

5. on the other hand, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperative submit that the respondent authorities will consider the representation of the petitioners dated 09.12.2020 in accordance with law in due course and requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, this writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 09.12.2020 for assignment of available Government land to the petitioners in Maripeda village and Mandal, Mahabubabad District and pass I i . : : i L i To, 4 (-, appropriate orders thereon in accorda.nce with law within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the sarne to the petitioners.
