It is stated that the petitioner is the absolute owner arld possessor of agricultural land admeasuring Acs' O'050O guntas, situated at Maisigandi Village, Kadthal Mandal (erstwhile Amangal Mandal), Ranga Reddy District (erswhile Mahabubnagar District), having purchased the same through a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.505O of 2OO8 dated

09.06.2008 and the said property was mutated in favour of the petitioner and pattadar passbook uide Passbook No.T05100110156 was issued as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 197 1. The grievance of the petitioner is that whe n the petitioner verified Dharani portal, he found that the subjcct propert.v" is in the list of prohibited properties. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 08.1O.2024 to the SIh respondent requesting to remove the subject propert) from the list of prohibited properties in Dharani portal ancl dc-notifying the same and consequential issuance of the pattadar peiss book, the respondents are not considering the same. 3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for t.I:e parties and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The Sub-section (4) of Section 22- A of the Registration Act, l9O8 confers the power on the State Government either suo motu or on an application by any person or for giving effect to the final orders of the High Court of Telangana or Supreme Court of India to proceed to de-notify, either in full or in part, the notification issued under t I sub-section (2) and Rules made under the provisions of the Registration Act, 19O8. In the instant case, since it is the specific case of the petitioner that he has made an application, dated O8.1O.2024 uide transaction lD No.30T169000002842 for deletion of the subject propert_\r from the list of prohibited properties, ttris Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 3'a respondent to examine the said application strictly in accordance u'ith the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and taking into consideration of the pattadar pass book issued earlier under the provisions of ROR Act, 1971 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law 4 CVBR, J W.P.No.5514 of 2025 within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner.

5. With the above observations, this writ petition IS disposed of.
