Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, and more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the 3rd respondent in not accepting the sale deed dated 16-2-1995 for validating/impounding by collecting deficit stamp duty if any, executed by Mohd Basheer in favour of the petitioner in respect of property to an extent of Ac1 .26 gts forming part of Sy.No. 65 part, Khanapur village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Rangareddy District, as illegal, unjust and being voilative of Article 14 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to impound/validate the sale deed dated '16-2-1 995. Brief facts of this writ petition are that the petitioner uide sale deed dated 16.02.1995, purchased land to an extent of Ac.l-26 gts forming part of Sy.No.65 part, Khanapur viltage, Raiendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Recldy District from One Sri.Mohd Basheer and on 72.02.2024, the petitioner with an intention to impound/validate the sale deed d,ated 16.02.^1995, approached the office of respondent No.3 and by agreeing to pay deficit stamp duty and penalty as per Section 42 of tine Indian Stamp Act, 1g99 presented the original sale deed dated 76.02.1,995 along with all other iink doucments. However, respondent No.3 orally refused to receive and process the subject document. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances this Court in W.P.No.3532 of 2024 aidz order dated 1,2.02.2024, passed the following order:- "ln that uieut of the nnlter, ruitltout going into the meits of the case, tltis tttrit petition is disposed of d.irecting tlte petitioner to make n fresh represcntation to respondent No.2 to address their gieoance and on receipt of such representation, the respondent No.2 is directed to receipe the same tnd pass appropriate orders in nccordance uith lnu, uithin n peiod of four (04) ueeks from . the date of receipt o.i a copy of tlis order".

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that the petitioner herein has not made any representation before the competent authority and further submits that if the petitioner make such representation, the respondent authorities would consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
6. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make representation for impounding/validating the sale deed dated 16.02.1995 and further pray this Court to direct the respondent No.3 to consider and dispose the same in a time bond period.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this writ Y To \ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to petitioner to make 3 representationforimpounding/validatingthesaledeeddated76.02.1995, within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such representation, the respondent authorities are directed to dispose the same antl pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as Possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of petitioner's representation and I communicate the same to the petitioner.
