3. With the consent ol learncd counsel lor the parties, the writ petition is being disposed olat the stage of admission.
4. Learned oounsel lbr the petitioners submitted that in sirnilar "i.cumstan"h,-&,y lbllorving a decision of the Larger Bench in I I ) Bhimidipati Annapoorna Bhavani v. Land Acquisition Offrcert, this Courl disposed of W.P.Nos.18867 of 2021 and 30300 of 2021, dated
19.09.201 8 and 26.1 I .202 l, directing the respondents therein to deposit the enhanced compensation in terms ol the order and decree passed by the concerned Court. to the credit of E.p., as expeditiously as possible, preferably, rvithin a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of the said orders. He further submits that as the petitioners herein are also standing on the verv same looting, to maintain parity, they are also entitled lbr thc very same order.
5. Learned Assistant Govcrnment pleaders appearing for respondents have nol disputed for the same. However, they seek three (3) months time to deposit the amount awarded by the concemed Court in E.P.No. I ol'2025.
