VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION N 0.5458 0F 2025 ORDER: (ORAL) This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action of respondent No.6 - Station House Officer, Kharkana police Station, in not acting upon their complaints made against respondent No.7 as being arbitrary and unconstitutional.
2. Heard Mr. Rohit Pogula, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. M. Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home furnished written instructions and submitted that petitioner No.2, who is the \ husband of petitioner No.1, has lodged a complaint dated 21 .01 .2OZS with respondent No.6 stating that his elder son P. Avinash, his wife (respondent No.7) and their two children are staying separately for the past seven years; since eight months, his elder son and respondent No.7 are staying separately; on 20.0'l .2025, respondent No.7 along with two female persons came to his house and sat in front of the main door of his house, thereby causing mental agony; respondent No.7 is insisting him (complainant) that she wants to stay in their house; since his elder son (husband of respondent No.7) is not staying in his house, I I I 2 the complainant did not allow respondent No.7 to stay in his house and requested action to be taken against respondent No.7 for sitting in front of his house and for causing mental agony to him.
4. lt is further stated by learned Assistant Government Pleader that based on the complaint of petitioner No.2, respondent No.6 made General Diary entry. As the dispute between the petitioners and respondent No.7 is a family dispute, they were requested to settle the dispute before the concerned Family Court and the complaint of petitioner No.2 was closed on 29.01 .2025. lt is also stated that petitioner No.2 has given similar complaint to the Presiding Officer and Adjudicating Authority under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and the Revenue Divisional Officer, Secunderabad Division, and the said authority forwarded the same to respondent No.6 vrde letter No.B/24212025 dated 01 .02.2025 tor enquiry. Since respondent No.6 already enquired into similar earlier complaint of petitioner No.2 and it was informed to petitioner No.2 to approach the Family Court, the second complaint of petitioner No.2 was also closed.
5. lt is also stated that petitioner No.1 has given similar complaint dated 22.01 .2025, and based on it, respondent No.6 made General Diary entry and as the dispute relates to family dispute, petitioner No.1 \ I I 3 was advised to approach Women Police Station, Begumpet, for counselling. 6. ln view of the statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader that complaints of the petitioners were closed, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed.
