With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itsetf. 3 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in similar matters for similar village, this Court passed Orders in W.p.No.3SO91 of 2023, d,ated, o2.oL.2o24 and requested to pass similar order in this matter also.

4. The learned Assistant Government pleader for stamps and Registration did not dispute the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. SK,J WP No.5399 of 2025

In view of the submissions made by the both sides and by follorving the Orders passed by this Court 1n W.P.No.3509l of 2023, dated O2.01 .2024, the writ petition is disposed of directing that the Registering Authority to receive and process the subject documents submitted by the petitioners subject to the petitioners complying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, l9OB, and Indian Stamps Act, 1899, AS expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also open to the Registering z\uthority to refuse to register the documents by specilicalll, assigning the reasons and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
