The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 7 in not receiving the application form and release the individual service connection to the petitione2 the Plot No.1065, in Survey Nos.11/33, admeasuring 300 sq yards situated at Khanamet (V), Taluku Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, bounded by North : 30' Road, South: PIot No.1068 A. East: 30' Road; West: PIot No. 1064, as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive application and to release 2 wP 5436 2025 individual service connection the instructions influenced bY respondent and to Pass... "- without 8th It is represented by the learned coLlnsel appearing on 3. behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos'2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 07.02.2025 passed in W'P' No'3526 of 2025' hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in. terms of the aforesa id order.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 brings to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has to file an online application for passing of a ppropriate orders. 5 Takino into consideration: a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the J wP 5436 2025 learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7, The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file an online application seeking electricity service connection to the petitioner's subject premases I I i.e., Plot No.1O65 in Survey Nos.11133, admeasuring 3OO sq yards situated at Khanamet (V), Taluku Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and upon the petitioner making such online application within the said period as stiputated as above, the respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to consider the said application of the petationer for release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property within a period of one (1) week thereafter.
