No.3526 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid o rder.

4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 brings to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has to file an online application for passing of a ppropriate orders.

Takino into consideration: a) The aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and, b) The submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the I 0 3 wP 5428 2025 learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2 to 7, The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file an online application seeking electricity service connection to the petitaoner's subject premises i.e., Plot No. 1116, in Survey Nos. 11l11, 7.7-/l2,,.and LLIL3 Part of Survey No. 11, admeasuring 3OO sq. yards situated at Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M) under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, Telananga State, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and upon the petitaoner making such ontine application within the said period as stipulated as above, the respondent Nos.2 to 7 are directed to consider the said application of the petitioner for release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject property within a period of one (1) week thereafter. It is however observed that if the respondent Nos.2 to 7 pass orders on petitioner's application granting release of the electricity power supply to the petitioner's subject a I I 4 \vP 5428 2025 property, the same shal! be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated L2.O9.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.2O4O7 of 2OOg and batch.
