They are in possession of the said property. Vendor of the petitioners has obtained conversion proceedings dated06.12.2024.Even then, on 19-02.2025 at about 1 1 .00 ,,\.M., respondents came to the petitioners' plots and threatened them to demolish and dispossess the petitioners from the strb.ject property and tried to demolish the compound wall constructed ,/ l 3 by their vendor without following due procedure laid down under law. Challenging the said action of the respondent Nos.4 and 5, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.

Sri Raparthi Venkatesh, leamed Standing Counsel appearing for 4h respondent and Sri Katika Ravinder Reddy appearing for 5,h respondent, on instructions, would submit that respondent Nos.4 and 5 never tried to dispossess the petitioners from the subject propefty as alleged in the writ affidavit. If there is any violation, they will take action against the petitioners strictly in accordance with the procedure laid down under law.
