Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behq[f-of the petationer and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7, the writ petition is dhsposed of at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh appticaiibn within one (1) week from'the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with all the relevant t documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with all the relevant documents, the respondents shall consider the said application filed by 3 SN, J wP 5421 2025 the petitioner, seeking providing of L4 Domestic Connections, Total Domestic Load of 28OOO watts vide Reg.No.LTM2574AOO32 connection to the petitioner in respect of the property, H. No. l-57/L59/C, on Plot No.159 (Type-C), in Survey No.2OO, admeasuring 2OO sq. yards, situated at Sri Rama Nagar, Kondapur (V), Serilingampally (M), under GHCM, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, in accordance to law preferably within a period of two(2) weeks thereafter.
