This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declard the action of the respondents in not considering the application, dated lg.ll.2o22 submitted by the petitioner seeking for deletion of the lands admeasuring Ac.O.20 guntas in Sy.No.6O3 /E; Acs.3-24 guntas in Sy.No.6O6 12 ar,.d Acs.4.25 guntas in Sy.No.62OlE, situated at Rudraram Village, Patancheruvu Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, from the prohibited properties as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2O2O (for short "the Act 9 of 2O2O") and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.O.2O guntas in Sy.No.6O3/E; Acs.3.24 guntas in Sy.No.606 /2 and Acs.4.25 guntas in Sy'No.62O/E, situated at Rudraram Village, Patancheruvu Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing document No.2745 of 2OO l, dated 15.O5.2OO 1. It is further stated that the names of the petitioner and her predecessors-in-title have been recorded in all the revenue records and the revenue authorities also issued pattadar passbook ) \ CVBR. J wp 5250 2025 No.T09i80O1O53). uide Khata No.1t4O in favour of the petitioner under the provisions ol the Act 9 of 2O2O. It is further stated that the respondcnts, without taking into consideration of ail the documcnts, have mentioned the subject property as prohibited property rn Dharani Portal and soon after noticing the same, the petitioner has made an application, dated 19.11.2022 seeking for deletion of the subject property as prohibited property in Dharani Portal. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said application, the respondent authorities did not consider the same.

3. Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

4. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue has not disputed the fact that the nature of the land is classihed as patta land and issuance of pattadar passbook in favour of the petitioner.

It is settled law that once the nature of the land is shown as patta land and pattadar passbook has been issued in favour of the petitioner, the respondent authorities are not having any power or authorit5r to notily the subject property as prohlbited properties -J 3 CVBR, J Wp_5250_2025 either in Dharani Portal or in the list of prohibited properties maintained under the provisions of the Registration Act, 190g.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondent authorities to examine the application, dated 19.11.2022 uide Transaction ID No.292476OOO013816 and duly taking into consideration of. the documents enclosed by the petitioner, consider the same and if the petitioner is otherwise not eligible for deletion of the subject property as prohibited property in Dharani portal, the respondent authorities shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (0g) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of, There shall be no order as to costs.
