3. karned counsel for the petitioner wotrld submit that the petitioner is the successful bidder of the auction conducted by the learned I Additional Senior Cirril Judge, 2 Warangal in E.P.No.96/1998 n O.S No.42!t of 1993. Accordingly, as per the orders in E.P. No.96.r 1.998, the petitioner requested the Tahsildar, HasanpartJr r to issue e-pattadar pass book to an extent of Ac.8.O0 5untas in Sy.No.749/B, situated at Nagaram Village ir favor of Sri K.Ashirwadam, son of George. The "ahsildar- respondent No.4 uid.e its memo Rc.No.B/22 2812019, dated 19.O8.2O2O had requested the app ticant to approach the Higher Authority i.e., Revenue )ivisional Officer, Warangal (Urban) District - responden: No.3, to appeal against the individuals, who are h: ding ttre remaining extent i.e., Ac.5.O5 guntas. I hen, the petitioner made a representation dated 15.1'.'.2O2O to respondent Nos.2 to 4, but the respondent I'i rs.2 to 4 have neither taken any action on the represent rtion, nor rejected the same. Hence, he would seel< to pass appropriate direction to the respondent aut: lrities to take action on the representation made by the p etitioner.

On the other hand, learned Assistant G: rernment Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent I os. 1 to .4 / I / // ./i /i 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 15. 12.2020 was pending for consideration due to Covid- 19 pandarnic restrictions and he would seek direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation to respondent No.3 as per the directions of respondent No.4 ui.d.e Memo Rc.No.B/222812019, dated L9.O8.2O2O and upon frling the same, respondent No.3 shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders.

5. Learned counsel for respondent No.s by filing a memo vide USR No.1O2L32/2O25, dated 17.09.2025 would submit ttrat consistent efforts made by him to lile counter on behalf of respondent No.S went in vain as respondent No.5 did not come forward to cause nece ssary instructions.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and learned counsel for respondent No.S and upon perusal of the material placed before this Court, it is apparent that the petitioner has frled a representation dated
