BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5314 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is f-rled praying this Court to declare the action of the respondents in not deleting the entries made in Dharani Portal i.e., 'not signed - sold out" and also in transaction status, it was recorded as "there is Court stay/ injunction or Court order on survey number/sub-division" pertaining to the lald admeasuring Acs.7.00 guntas in Sy.No.25/AA of Gundepud Village, Julurupadu Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem Distg.ict, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the Articles 21 and 3O0-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, prayed for other I appropriate reliefs.

2. It is stated that the petitioner is the pattadar and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.7.OO guntas in Sy.No.2S/AA of Gundepud Village, Julurupadu Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District. It is further stated that when third parties are interfering with his possession and causing inconvenience for his enjoyment, the petitioner was constrained to institute a suit for perpetual injunction uide O.S.No.6O of 2O18 on the frle of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant Agent to Government, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam and the said Court also granted ad inteim injunction h t.R.No.55 of 2O18, dated O7.O3.2O18. It is further .\ I 2 *o rr;frLj stated that it is recorded in Dharani portal that the subject properly of the petitioner is prohibited for registration and it is also recorded as Court Case is pending and digitally not signed. It is further stated that the said suit was finally dispos ed of uid.e judgment and decree, dated 21.08.2018. It is further stated that even after disposal of the said suit, the respondents are continuing the entries in Dharani Portal as Court stay and digitally not signed' and in view of the said action, the petitioner is not in a position to receive various incentives sanctioned by. the Government as investment subsidy for cultivation of his land. It is further stated that the petitioner also made an application, dated Og.Ol.2O24 seeking for issuance of pattadar pr""boot and acting on the said representation, respondent No.2 uid.e Lr.Rc.No.E3/ 146/2024, dated 12.O1.2O24, directed respondent No.4 to look into the matter personally and take necessary action. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the said direclions, respondent No.4 is not considering the case of the petitioner to enable him to enjov the subject property as absolute owner. 3. Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue has submitted that initially the said entries were recorded in Dharani portal basing on the injunction order granted in I.A.No.55 of 2Olg and if the petitioner makes an application duly enclosing the judgment and decree passed in the said suit, the respondent authorities will consider the same. In view of the'above submissions, this Court is of the ofi.iio., that the ends of justice would be met if respondent No.4 is directed to take appropriate action on the recommendations made by respondent No.2 in Lr.Rc.No.E3/ I 46/2024, dated t2.O1.2024 for deletion of the entries in Dharani portal .as Court case is pending, and consequential issuance of pattadar pass book to the pelitioner within a period of lour (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6 With the above observations, this Writ petition is disposed of.
