2. Heard Mr. Flapolu Bhaskar, leamed counsel for the petitroner- and Mr. M. Srinivas, leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home.

Leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home havins received written instructions dated, 20.02.2025 from the Sub-Inspector c,f police, Mothkur Police Station, submitted that on receipt of the compla.int of the petitioner dated.27.07.2024 by Registered Post, an enrry in General Diary was made by respondent No.6 and caused enquiry into tht: matter. During the course of enquiry, it was revealed that there are disputes between the petitioner and his family members with regard to immovable properties since several years. Further, the petitioner herein has also filed W.P. No. 18648 of l.024 and this Court by its order dated 06.07.2024 ( ( l 2 directed the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unoffroial respondents therein. As such the complaint of the petitioner was closed as'Civil in Nature' on23.09.2024 and an online message to that effect was also sent to petitioner's mobile on the same

4. A copy of written instructions along with closure report intimating the petitioner about the closure of his complaint is served on leamed counsel for the petitioner.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions of the leamed Assistant Govemment Pleader for Home, no furlher orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies, if aggrieved by the closure report.
