It is represented by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 14.02.2025 passed in W.p.No.4292 of 2025, hence, the writ petition courd be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. 4, Bringing the said submissions of both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.No.4292 of 2025, dated L4,O2.2O25, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage/ directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner to provide electricity connection suppry to the petitioner.s ptot bearing No.97 part in Sy.
