It is represented by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 5 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 74.02.2025 passed in W.p.No.4292 of 2025, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Brining the said submissions of both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p.No.4292 ot 2O25, dated 14.O2 .2025, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioners to provide electricity service connection to the petitioners, property bearing H.No.2- 62/5/A/32 in Granrakantam, admeasuring 117 Sq. yds, equivalent to 97.81 Sq. mts, situated at Gachibowli Village, I I I ,/t ,,., , wP,5231 2025 Serilingampally Mandal' Rangareddy District' upon the petitioner complying with the required terms and conditions as per rules in force' and upon the petitioner furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy certificate from the Municipal Corporation concerned' within a reasonable period as prescribed by the respondent Authority in accordance to law and take a decision thereon on the subject issue within a period of one (O1) week from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
