This writ petition is hled declaring the action of respondent Nos.4 to 6 in not conducting the survey and fixing the boundaries to the petitioners, agricultural lands admeasuring Acs. 14.00 guntas in Sy.Nos.284 /AA/ 1, 284 /Etr / I, 362/^/ r, 362/AA/ 1, 3ss/A, 3ss/AA, sss/EE, 3s6/A, 3s6/AA, 3s6/EE, 3ss/tr, 3s3/A, ss3/E, 3s9/AA, 3s9/E. 3s9itrE, 362/tr /2, 362 /trE/ r, 284A/2, 3s8/EE, 3ss/A, 3s4 / A,3s4/AA, 3s4/Etr,3s8/A, ss8/AA, 3sB/EE, 3s4 lEE, ss7/A, 3s7/AA, 366/EE, 357 /tr and 357/trE , situated at Bekkal Village, Dhoolmitta Mandal, Siddipet District, as iliegal and arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.

It is stated that the petitioners are the pattadars and possessors of Lhe agricultural land to an extent of Acs. 14.O0 guntas in Sy.Nos.284 / AA/ t, 284 IEE/ 1, 362/ A/ t, 362/ AA/ t, 3ss/A, 3ss/AA, 3ss/EE, 3s6/A, ss6/AA,3s6lEE, 3ss/E, 3s3/A, 3s3/tr, 3s9/ AA, 3s9/E, 3s9/Etr, 362/E/2, 362/tr}/ 1, 2a4A/2, 358/8tr, 3s3/A, ss4/A, 3s4/AA, s54/qtr, 358/A, 354/EBf 3157/A, 3s7/AA, 366/EE, 3s7/tr 35S/AA, 3s8y'Etr, Z I CVBR. J Wp 5195 2025 and 357/ EE, situated at Bekkal Village, Dhoolmitta Mandal, Siddipet District. It is the case of the petitioners [hat their names were reflected in all the revenue records as pattadar and the revenue authorities also issued e-pattadar pass books bearing Nos.TlO 13OO71 199 (Khata No.6O269) and T 10 13007083 2 (Kh'ata No. 1039) under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O- lt is the further case of the petitioners that when some of the neighbouring land owners have started disturbing the boundaries ofthe subject land and as such, they 'have submitted applications, dated 20.06.2023 and 27.06.2023' by paying requisite fee to conduct survey of the subject land and hx the boundaries. The grievance of the petitioncrs is that even after receiving the said applications, the respondent authorities are not conducting survey and fixation of the boundaries.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent this writ petition is being disposed of at the .--- admission stage L -) CVBR, J wp slgs 2025

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the circular issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, the respondents are bound to consider the application rvi thin 45 days from the date of the application after collecting necessary charges. -

Learned Assistant Government pleacler for Revenue appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioners have not submitted the F_Line applications in the appropriate module of Dharani web portar and if the petitioners have submitted F -Line application the respondent authorities will consider the samc by following due procedure laid down under law and conduct survey and demarcate the subject land by fixing boundaries.

In view of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioners to make a fresh F-Line application, duly enclosing all the necessary documents, which are necessary for conducting survey and in the event of such an application being submitted and the said application fulfrls all the requirements mentioned in the circulars issued by the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records from time to time, after issuing r I I 4 CVBR, J wp_5 195 2025 notices to all the persons interested and adjacent pattadars and after considering their objections, respondent Nos.4 and 6 shall conduct survey, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

7. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
