Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that after due investigation in Crime No.24 of 2016, charge sheet has been filed vide C.C.No.6067 of 2023 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, whereupon the petitioners herein have filed Crl.P.No.12165 of 2015 before this Court and this Court considering the merits of the case, quashed the proceedings against the petitioners. Thus, these writ petitions become infructuous
