Heard Mr.V.Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Finance appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 5, learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for respondent No.2, Mr.K. Bala f?isnna, learned Standing Counsel for Accountant General appearing for respondent No.3 and Mr.R.Chandra Shekar Reddy, le#ned Standing Counsel for Zilla Parishad appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 6.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 30.04.2024 and. till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents. I t 4, Learned Government Pleader submits that the bills pertaining { ( to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are already processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner on time. Learned Government pleader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be l released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above submissions, this Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.20,61,540/- vide Token No.2571877265, dated

04.06.2024, Commutation Bill Amount of Rs.2,92,358/- vide Token No.251L877273, dated 04.06.2024, Gratuity Bill amount of Rs.14,01,278,/- vide Token No.25ll877260, dated 04.06.2024, Gratuity Bill amount of Rs.1,98,722/- vide Token No.2511877263, dated 04.06.2024, Final Encashment of Earned Leave Bill amount of Rs.16,42,156,r- vide Token No.14729116, dated 20.06.2024'and ZP GPF Bill amount of Rs.52,86,701l- vide Cheque No.2522754025, dated 24.09.2024, pertaining to the petitioner, as gxpeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (B) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
