The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as u nder: "...to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not providing/granting electricity connection to the Petitioner Agriculture lands admeasuring to an extent of Ac.10.00 Gts in Sy.No. t24/RU situated at Gopanpalle Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District without considering the representation dated 07.08.2024 of the Petitioner as itlegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 1g,21 and 300- A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to provide electricity connection to the Petitioner agricultural lands forthwith basing on I I I 2 v/P 5050 2025 - considering the representation dated 07-08-2024 in the interest of justice and to pass...".

3. The case of the petitioner, in brief, is that the petitioner is the owner of Iand admeasuring Ac.10.00 guntas. Since

24.08.2023 the petitioner has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said agricultural lands. The petitioner dug a bore well in his agricultural land for cultivating and approached the respondents to provide power connection to their agriAiltural lands but the respondents dodged the matter. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 07.08.2024 to the 6th respondent requesting the respondent to provide electricity connection tc, the petitioner's lands. However, the same was not considered by the respondents.

4. Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents submits that though the petitioner had made a representation dated 07.08.2024, as on date the petitioner had not filed any application to the respondent Nos.6 and 7 duly enclosing all the requisite documents pertaining to the subject property and therefore there is no inaction on the part of the respondents as alleged by the \_-- 7 J wP 5050 2025 petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel further submits that upon the petitioner making an online application with all the required documents properly as mandated under the rules, the same would be considered in accordance to law, by the respondent Nos.6 and 7 within a reasonable period

5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the said submissions made by the learned l Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

Takinq into consideration : (a) The submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, (b) The fact as borne on record that the petationer had not submitted any online apptication to the respondent Nos.6 and 7 duly enclosing all the requisite documents seeking electricity power supply to the petitioner's agricuttural land to an extent of Ac.1O.OO guntas in Sy.No.l24lRU situated at Gopanpalle Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, till as on date. I I \ \ N - 4 w? 5050 202s The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner l.o file an online application seeking electricity power supply to the petitioner's agriculture land to an extent of lrc.1O.OO guntas in Sy.No. L24/RU situated at Gopanpalle village, Serilingampally mandal. Ranga Reddy District drrly enclosing all the requisite documents as mandated trnder the rules to the respondent Nos,6 and 7 within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and upon the petitioner making such online application with all the requisite documents as per the rules in force as on date, the respondent Nos.6 and 7 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within one ( 1 ) week thereafter and duly communicate the decision to the petition,er.
