The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 2 to 7 to provide electricity connection Supply to 1No. Non-Domestic load of 50KW thus making total load of 50KW Connection to the Residential Building in H.No.1-68/14, Plol No.69, in Survey No.76, total admeasuring 266.66 Sq. Yards situated at Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, bounded by North: Plot No.70; South: Plot No.68; East: 30'Wide Road; West: Plot No. 83. It is thr: specific case of the petitioner that, the petitioner applied for release of electricity supply for 1 No. Non-Domestic load of 50KW, thus making total load of 50 KW to the petitioner's Residential Building in H.No.1-68/14, Plot No.69, in Survey No.76, total admeasuring 266.66 Sq. Yards, situated at Madhapur Village, Serilingampally (M), under GHM(1, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State and in response to the said apptication, the 3'd respondent addressed a lettelr dated 1

05.09.2024 to the petitioner to pay charges of Rs.2,48,892/- and accordingly petitioner paid the said amount but the respondents denied to provide electricity connection stating that the petitioner must produce occupancy certificate from the Bth respondent. Agqrieved by the said action of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.

Taking into consideration the circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel on record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos' 2 to 7 to consider and pass appropriate orders as per rules in force and in accordance to law, on petitioner's application dated 30.08.2024 seeking electricity connection for release of electricity suppty for I No' Non-Domestic load of 5OKW, KW to the subject thus making total toad of 50 . Residential Building in H.No.1-68/14, Plot No'69, in Survey No.76, total admeasuring 266'66 Sq' Yards, situated at Madhapur Village, Serilingampally (M), under GHMC, Ranga Reddy Dastrict, Tetangana State, within a period of one (O1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order duly considering the permission vide Permit No.4 1O1IGH MC I s,LP I 2O2}-BP, dated 27'lO'2O23 issued 4 wP 5tt6 2025 by Zonal Commissioner, Serilingampally Zone, GHMC, Hyderabad in favour of the petitioner.
