Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and Sri K. Ravi Mahender, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing on behalf of respondent No.8.

The petitioner approached the Court seeking prayer as under: "...to issue writ, order or direction nrore particularly one in the na[ure of WRIT OF MANDAMIJS declaring the action of the respondents in not processing the application of the petitioner to provide for 6 Domestic Connections, total Domestic Contract Load of 12000 watts vide Reg. No. LTM256330034 connection to the petitioner in respect of the property in H.No. 14-1-2O9/3O5, admeasuring 100 Sq. Yards situated at Parvath Nagar, Allapur Village, Kukatpally Mandal, under GHMC-/ Medchal- Ma lkajgiri District, Telanqana State and bounded by North: 15' Wide Road; South: House No.14-l-2O9/7 23; East: House No. 14-1- 2 SN, J wP 5071 2025 2O9/36A; West: House No.14-1-209/304. And not providing ,:lectricity connection to the above referred premises a:; illegal and arbitrary and pass...".

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on b€)halF of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 that the :;ubject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 30.01.2025 passed in W.p.No.2605 of 2025 a nd hence, the present writ petition could be d isposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos,2 to 7, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with all the retevant documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with all the relevant documents, the 't SN, J wP 5073 2025 respondents shall consider the said application filed by the petitioner, seeking providing of 6 Domestic Connections, Total Domestic Contract Load of 12OOO watts vide,Reg.No.LTM25533OO34 to the petitioner in respect of the property, H.No. L4-L-2O9/ZOS, admeasuring 1OO sq. yards, situated at Parvath Nagar, Allapur Viilage, Kukatpally Mandal, under GHMC, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana State, in accordance to law preferably within a period of two(2) weeks thereafter. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
