Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Energy, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos,2 to 7 and Sri K.Ravi Mahender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing on behalf of respondent No.8.

The oetitioner aooroached the Court seeking oraver as under: "...to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not processing the applicatlon of the Petitioner to provide for 6 Domestic Connections, total Domestic Contract Load of 12000 watts vide Reg.No.LTM256330033 connection to the petitioner in respect of the property, in H.No.14-1- 2lO/69/1, admeasuring B0 Sq. Yards., situated at Parvath Nagar, Allapur (V), Balanagar (M), Under GHMC Moosapet, Medchal- Ma lkajgiri District, T.S., and bounded by North: Road; South: House of G.Bikshapathi /'4 \ I i 2 SN, J \\P 5209 2025 H.No.l.4-1-210/67/2; East: House of K.llukanda Reddy H.No.l.4-1-210/64/l; Westl. House of Laxminarayana H.No.l.a-1-210169. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standinq Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7' that, the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarel,y covered by the order of this Court dated 30.01.2025 passed in W,p.No.2605 of 2025 and hence, the present writ petition coulcr be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissaons put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counset appearino on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with all the relevant documents as mandated ,,. 1 SN, J wP 5209 2025 under the rules and on receipt of such application with all the relevant documents, the respondents shall consider the said application filed by the petitioner, seeking providing of 6 Domestic Connections, total Domestic Contract Load of 12OOO watts vide Reg.No.LTM25633OO33 connection to the petitioner in respect of the house bearing H.No.14-1-2LOl69/L, admeasuring 80 Sq' Yards', situated at Parvath Nagar, Allapur (V), Balanagar (M), Under GHMC Moosapet, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, Telangana State and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law, preferably within a period of two(2) weeks thereafter. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall also stand closed. SD/.
