THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1752 OF 2010 ORDER: Petitioners-A.2 and A.3 preferred the present Criminal Petition by invoking the provision under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.264 of 2009 of Kakatiya University Campus Police Station, Hanamkonda, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 3 (1) (i), 3 (1) (iv), 3 (1) (v) and 3 (1) (x) of SCs & STs (POA) Act. Heard. This Court by an order dated 26.02.2010 granted interim stay of arrest of the petitioner in above said crime. Having perused the material on record, this Court is of the view that in this matter it would be suffice to direct the investigation agency to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioner. Hence, the investigation agency is directed to complete the investigation in the matter without making arrest of the petitioner and file charge sheet either way. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions filed in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. Date : 30.08.2012 ________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO
