2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the father of the petitioner made representation to the 2 sK,..r respondent No.4/Revenue Divisional Offic:.. Nalgonda, for cancellation of Patta Certificates grantt:r I to the third parties in respect of the lands in Sy.Nos . ilg0, i38 1 and 1417 to an extent of Ac.2.2O gunt: s situated at Ammanabole Village of Narketpally Man: al under the Telangana Lald Reforms (Ceiling on Agricrr tural Holdings) Ar:t, i973 and the same u,as numbered as Appeal No. No.B/1028/2O1O. Subsequently, the ap::a1 filed by the father of the petitioner was transfer:t.r cl to Speciai Tribunal/Respondent No.2, constitute<l under the provisions of Telangana Rights in Lalds ar-lr pattadar pass Book Act, 2O2O.
