It I s itated that the petitioners are landl,:)ss poor persons ;ur: they were assigned agricultural lanc]s to an extent of r\:: .2.0O guntas, in Sy.No.363/AA arrd to ern extent of Ac. 1.20 llrrLtas in Sy.No.363/A, situated at li:ondakal Village, Sl-Lzt: karpalli Mandat, Ranga Reddy District., Ln terms of the :c:licy enunciated in G.O.Ms.No.1406. dated 26.O7.195tf Ir. is further stated that since rhe date of assignment uide proceedings No.B/3gg/ 1985, dated 27.O9.199-,, the petitioners have been in possessron and enjoyment rf ttre subject property. The grievarr.ce of the petitioners is that the third parties are disputing the nature and classifk a .iorr of the subject land and claiming the right and entitlenrent over the land which was assign,:d to the petitioner o -- Z',? .Og .lgg7 and they are not allc wi ng the petitioners ri , r .nj()y the subject land.

It is t.h e . <:a se of the petitioners that the assignrnent of land was qran _ed in the year 1997, but however no pi,Lttadar passbooks l-LzL.,: been issued in their favour and norv th: third parties with,o -' having any right, are encroaching the r;ubject property. Court seeking for eviction of the third parties' if they are encroaching the property of the petitioners without any right' If the petitioners have violated any terms and conditions of the assignment, the revenue authoritY has the Power to In the absence of anY action initiate aPProPriate action' being initiated bY the revenue authoritY and if the encroachersaremakingeffortstodispossessthepetitioners from the subject land, it is for the petitioners to pursue the remedies available under Iaw before the competent Court against the third Parties'
