circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the petitioner's Sale Deed document in respect of the property bearing Plot No. 60 in Survey No.7414, admeasuring 337.0 Sq. Yards or 28L 10 Sq. Mts, situated at Vyjayanthi Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Mahendra Hills, East Marredpally, Secunder-abad Cantonment, by declaring G.O.M.S.No.609, dated 1BtO8t2OO4 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of the lndia and against the provisions of law'and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the Sale Deed pertaining to the property bearirrg Plot No. 60 in Survey No. 7414, admeasuring 337.0 Sq. Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in refusing to register the SaIe Deed presented by the petitioner in respect of the property bearing plot No.60 in survey No.z4l4, "q. admeasuring 337.0 yards or 2g1.1o sq. meters, situated at vyjayanthi co-operative Housing society Limited, Mahendra Hills, East Maredpally, secunderabad cantonment, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2
#3. Heard Ms.D.Pramada, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.S.S;ravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Starrrps and Registration, appearing for the respondents.

Learnr:d counsel for the petitioner submits that i. respondent No.3 is refusing to receive and register the Sale Deed sought to be presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject property on the ground that the State Government is claiming; right over the subject property as 'Government Land' in LGC No.167 of 1997. Learned counsel further submits that th: issue involved in the present Writ Petition is connectr:d'uvith the dismissal order dated 28.O5.2O25 passed by the frivision Bench of this Court in W.P.No.19106 of 2OlO, i,vhich ir; filed by the State Government against the order passed in LGC No.167 of 1997 by the Special Court under the A.P. Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982, Hyderabad. Learned counsel further submits that in similar circums':ances, this Court has passed order dated 24.06.2025 in W.P.Ilo.l'7393 of 2025 directing the respondents therein to register the document. The above made submissio n rs not seriously disputed by appearing for the the learned Government pleader respondents 6' Having regard to the above rnade submissions, particularry, in view of dismissal of w.p.No.1g106 0f 2010 on 28.05.2025, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No-3 to receive, register and rerease the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject property '"vithout reference to LGC No.167 0f 7gg7, however, subject to the petitioner comprying r,vith the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1g0g, and the Indian Stamps Act, 1g99. It is also open to the Registering Authoritv to refuse the document presented by the petitioner, on any other objections, dury assigning the reasons and communicating the same to the petitioner. 7' It is made clear that mere registration of the document does not confer title on the subject property and it is also made clear that this order would not have any bearing on a, those matters where title/rights of the parties are pending before the authorities either in revision/appeals for t I I I I i i i i l . j I i i i i I j i 4 1^i : adjudication or in any other cases.
