BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.495O of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed praying this. Court to declare the action of respondents in not taking steps to include the Sy. No.64 I , admeasuring Ac. I . O9 gts., situated at Mankhai village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in the newly issued pattadar pass book and title book issued to the petitioner bearing Passbook No.T05160160972 and Khata No.2O1O, inspite of the applicaticin submitted through online on O2.o9.2O24 bearing Application No.2400OO90708 as as illegal and arbitrary and for other appropriate reliefs.

2. It is stated that the petitioner and three others have jointly purchased the agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 1 .O9 gts., in Sy. No.64 1 situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District from its lawful owners for valuable sale consideration by virtue of a registered sale deed bearing document No.398O of 2006, dated 25.03.2OO6. It is further stated that the petitioner and otherjoint owners have proposed to - fi"ia. the* said land and submitted an application before respondent No.3 for mutation of their names in the revenue records by partitioning the lartd admeasuring Acs. 1.O9 guntas. \ I 2 CVBR, J Wp_4950_2025 Thereafter, respondent No.3 has conducted enquiry and issued proceedings No.D / l92l2o 1O, dated 12.1O.2O1O stating that the land to an cxtent of Ac.O. 19 gts., fallen to the share of the petitioner and she was issued pattadar passbooks by the revenue authorities in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.O.19 guntas in Sy.No.641 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,2O2O. It is stated that in the new pass book issued to the petitioner, the subject land admeasuring Ac.0.19 gts., in Sy.No.64 I is not mentioned. Therefore, the petitioner made online application No.2400OO9070ti, dated O2.O9 .2024 seeking for including the missing extent ol land. The grievance of the pctitioner is that even after recc'iving the said application the respondent authorities are not considering the same by duty making necessary corrections. Hence, the writ petition.

3. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. --- / , ; , r CVBR, J Wp_4950_2025

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, without expressing any opinion on the - right and entitlement of the petitioner and as it is stated that the land admeasuring Ac.0. 19 gts., in Sy.No.641 has already been shown in the earlier pattadar pass book issued in her favour, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to conduct a detailed enquiry alter issuing notice to al1 the interested/ affected persons and if the petitioner is otherwise eligible and fuifils all the requirements of the circular instructions issued by the CCLA uide circular No.1 of 2O21, dated i5.O1.2021 and Circular No. 1 of 2024, dated

28.02.2024, the respondent authorities are directed to carry out necessary corrections in the passbook as well as in Dharani Portal and issue amended pattadar pass book. If the petitioner is not entitled for correction of the entries in the passbook and revenue records, the respondent authorities are directed to pass a reasoned order and communicate the same lo the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
