2. Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.

It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land to an extent of Acs.9.36 o gts., in Sy.Nos. 173A, 173 and I74/A situated at Pamena Village, Chevella Mandal, Ranga Reddy Distric:t, having purchased the same under registered sale deed document No.201:2 of 2006, dated 17.02.2006 and the narne of the petitioner :is; entered in the Dharani records for the zrbove said extents ol land. It is also stated that when adjacent neighbors are interfering into the lands of the petitioner, he was cons trained to frle F-line application vide No. DER0212 50 1 1 387 7 9, dated 1 1.O2.2O25 seeking t o conduct survey of the subject land.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appr:aring for the respondents vehemently contended that even tlLough the petitioner relied upon registered sale deed which is of the year 2006, passbook was not issued in the name of the petitioner except making entries in Dharani Portal.

Since it is stated that Dharani Portal was introduced in the eiectronic form for maintaining revenue records zLs per the provisions c,f the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar Passbooks ,\ct, 2O2O (for short, "the Act, 2O2O"l, this Court is of the vier.r' that the ends of justice would be met il the respondents are directed to consider the F-line ap,plication i lr=:q r vide No.DERO225Oll38779, dated 11.O2.2O25, submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey of the subject land, if such application fulfrlls all requirements issued by the Circular instructions of the Commissioner, Survey, Settlements and Land Records, vide Rc.No.Nl/6543199, dated 25.07.2001, Rc.No.Nl / l4O8 I 07, dated 13.07.2OO7, and Rc.No.N2l l74l /2OIO, dated 18.05.2010 and the Circular instructions issued by Chief Commissioner of Land Administration uide Circular No.l of 2021, dated l5.Ol.2O2I and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated 2a.O2.2O24 and comply with the provisions of the Act, 2020, within a period of three (O3) months from today.
