I,{ $ i, T 4I ! * & I u I i .n HON'BLE SRJ WSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRJT PETITION No.4794 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is hled questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated Oa.O2.2O25 and passing appropriate orders in accordance with law.

2. Heard Sri Balasani Suresh Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 6, Sri Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 and perused the record.

3. It is stated that the petitioner is working as Journalist since more tlr,an 20 years in the Mainstream Media. It is also stated that the petitioner has also. received the media accreditation card vide No.MHBD0348 and currently working with TV 6 news in Mahabubabad District. It is also stated that, on the representation being submitted by the working journalists, a decision has been taken by the Government to R t, a1. r I l ; t I I I i I i allot sonte houses to the working journalists. Accorclingly, a list of Sti u,c,rking journalists in MahabubabeLd Distr:Lct were prepared as eligible allottees for grant of house ,sites in Sy.No.255 wh.erein the name of the petitioner \\ras sirou,n at Serial No.40, It is stated that though the petitioner has been selected for allotment of double bed room house as he belongs to socially economic weaker section his name was deleted/r'our: rled off along with other names. without assigninll anr,, valid reasons. The grrer, ance of the petitioner is that even after the said assurance being given by res[ronflsn1 authorities, no action is t,eing taj,:en and without con<lucting any enquiry as the petitioner rrame is rounded off as ineligible candidate, he was constrained to make a representation dated O8.O2.2O25 .

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, as allotment of double bed rooms are in pursuance with the policy guidelines issued by the Government to the eligible candidates and if the petitioner otherwise satisfied all requirements for eligibility for allotment of house sites, the respondents are directed to consider the representation dated O8.O2.2O25, submitted by the petitioner strictly in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Government and pass appropriate reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition 1S disposed of. No Costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if aly, shall stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/-K.
