Heard Mr. V.Raja Shekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Services III for respondent Nos.1 and 5, learned Government pleader for Services_I for respondent No.2, Mr. K. Bala Krishna, learned Standing Counset for Accountant General,,for respondent No.3 and Mr. R.Chandra Shekar, learned Standing Counsel for Zilla praja parisha d, for respondent Nos.4 and 6. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner retired from service on 31.07.2024 and till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents. \ 4' Learned Government preader submits that the biils pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner are arready processed. However, due to dearth of funds, the amounts courd not be rereased to the petitioner on time. Learned Government preader further submits that as per seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries. ( / -1I I .l I I
