It is the case of the petitioner that originally, she purchased agricultural land admeasuring Acs. 14-27 gts in Sy.No. 1271 and Acs. 1o-34 gts in Sy.No. 1274 total admeasuring Acs.25-21 gts., situated at Nandigama Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (erstwhile Kothur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District) under registered Sale Deed bearing document No.5856 of 2OO5, dated O1-12-2OO5. It is further case of the petitioner 1 1 that when disputes arose with regard to the ownership of the said lands, she filed suit vide O.S.No.52 of 2Ol4 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, against Venkat Rao Memorial Trust and its Trustees and during pendency of the said suit, at the intervention of elders, the matter was compromised before the Lok Adalat and an award in Lok Adalat Case No. 149 of 2022 dated 30.O4.2022 was passed, wherein the land admeasuring Acs.6-OO gts out of Acs.14-27 gts in Sy.No.1271 and land admeasuring Acs.6-0O gts out of Acs. 1O-34 gts in Sy.No. 1274, total admeasuring Acs.l2-OO gts was retained in favour of the petitioner and the remaining extent relinquished in favor of the original owner. It is further case of the petitioner that in spite of the Lok Adalat award and the registered sale deed, when the respondents mutated her lands in favour of President of Venkat Rao Memorial Trust and issued Title Deed- cum-Dharani Patta Passbook No.T05190055102, she filed online applications vide Nos.RC23OOOO6287 and RC23OOOO6288 dated
24.06.2023 seeking correction of entries in the revenue records and for issuance of e-Patta Passbook and Title Deed, but even after receiving the said applications, when the respondent authorities have not taken any action, she filed W.p.No.34158 of 2024 before this Court and the same was disposed of vide order dated 04.12.2024 directing the respondent authorities to examine the applications submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has submitted applications vide Nos.CI25OOOO564O and CI25000O5645, dated
14.02.2025 to block the slot booking for registration in respect of subject agricultural land, but the same was not considered till date.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that in terms of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34l58 of 2024, respondent No.S-the Tahsildar has passed proceedings No.B/95/2O25, dated 12.02.2025 informing the petitioner to I I submit an application in Dharani Portal in TM-24 (Court Case, PPB) module, so as to enable him to submit a report to the I I I District Collector.

In view of the above submissions, since the petitioner has already submitted applications vide Nos.CI2500005640 and CI2500005645 dated 14.O2.2025, this Court, deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the 1 respondent authorities to examine the applications submitted by the petitioner and if the petitioner complies with all the requirements of the provisions of the ROR Act, 2O2O and also the circular instructions issued by the CCLA vide Circular No. 1 of 2O21 , dated 15.01.2021 and Circular No.1 of 2024, dated
28.O2.2024, tl-re respondents shall consider the said applications, by putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law within a period of eight (O8) rveeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
