Respondents Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in PRC.No. 36/2004 on the file of JFCM, Hindupur in so far as the petitioner is concerned. The Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the memo of Grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 01-09-2005 made in Crl.M.P.No. 2371/2005 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. O.Manohar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1. The Court made the following ORDER:
In Crl.M.P. 2371 of 2005, by order dt. 01-09-2005 this court granted interim stay of all further proceedings. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Sessions Judge is stating that the stay of proceedings are granted at PRC stage and it does not apply to Sessions Case. The Sessions Case arises out of PRC only. It is clarified that stay of all further proceedings is granted.
