This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.Damodar, Advocate for the Petitioners and the Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri S.Jagadish Kumar, Advocate for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER- THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA LA.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.22!6 0f 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitionen;/accused Nos.2 and 3 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.5402 of 2019 on the file of learned Xl ,\dditional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kuktapally, Medchal-M;rlkajgiri District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 420 and 506 of lndian Penal Code, 1861 (for short'lPC') and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition ,Act, 1961 (for short 'DP Act')
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/irccused Nos.2 and 3 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties 'lave compromised the matter and accorrlingly, l.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission to compound the offence and to record the compromise.

4. Perused the affldavits filed by the de facfo complainant in l.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 which disclobe that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter ihto compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana in view of the orders of this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.
5. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 09.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.4 and 5 of 2025 are allowed.
