The petitioner is a club run in the name and style of “SREE SOUTH INDIA CULTURAL ASSOCIATION”, Gudivada, Krishna District. The grievance of the petitioner is that though no illegal activities are being conducted in the Association, the police are interfering with the affairs of the Association without any reason. In the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the legal activities conducted by the petitioner Association.
