Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P' No.32O7 of 2025 dated O5.O2.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the 3 SN, J wP 4't1t 2025 petitaoner to make a fresh application to the respondents, within a period of two (O2) weeks from the date of receapt of the copy of this order and on receipt of such apptitation, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection as sought for by the petitioner to the subject premises of the Petitioner's Plot No.1O93, in Survey Nos.11l11, LLl1-2 and 1,1-lt3 Part of Survey No'11, admeasuring 3OO Sq. yards, situated at Khanamet(V), Serilingarnpally (M), Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner in accordance to law, expeditiously preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter.
