Housing Society' Ltd', Khanamet (V), Serilingampally (M), Under GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, T.S., bounded by North. PIot Nos.1086 and '1087 South. 30 Ft. Wide Road Eiast. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7'th:t the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.p. No.3207 of 2025, hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.p. No.32O7 of 2025 dated O5.O2.2025, the Writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage in simitar !ines, 3 SN, J wP 4105 2025 directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection as sought for by the petitioner to the subject premises of the Petitioner's Plot No'109O in Survey Nos.11l11 to LLILg admeasuring 3OO Sq' yards situated at Sri Swamy Ayyappa Co-op' Housing Soc.iety Ltd., Khanamet (V) Serilingampally (M)' Under GHMC' Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State' and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner in accordance to law expeditiously, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter' However' there shall be no order as to costs' The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed' SD/-P.
