It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of tnis Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P. No.3207 of 2025, hen(:e, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P.
