It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 that the subject issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of tnis Court dated 05.02.2025 passed in W.P. No.3207 of 2025, hen(:e, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7 and for the reasons alike in the above referred order passed by this Court in W.P. No.32O7 of 2025 dated O5.O2.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents, , 3 SN, ,I wP 4?06 2025 premises within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the request of the petitioner for grant of necessary electricity connection as sought for by the petitioner to the subject of the Petitioner's house bearing H'No'2- Plot Nos'122 and 123, in Survey No'11/31 s6lDlL23, admeasuring lOOo sq. yards, situated at Khanamet (V)' Serilingampally(M), Ranga Reddy District' Telangana State, and pass appropriate orders on the said application ofthepetitionerinaccordancetolaw,expeditiously preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter' However, there shall be no order as to costs The miscellaneous aPP lications, if any, shall stand closed' SD/-MOHD.
