Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notices sent to the respondent No.5 was unserved on her for the reason that the Addressee has left without instructions and the respondent Nos.6 and 7 were served. In spite of service of notice on the respondent Nos.6 and 7 , none appeared for them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2 - petition er filed the present Writ Petition seel<rn 1 to declare the action of respondent No.4 ir-r not recttfying the re:orcls pertaining to the lands admeasuring Ac. 1-O5 guntas in 51 . Learned Assistant Government Pleader for i:vcnue submits that, u'ithout making a proper online application br correction of entries in the revenue records as required undrr. the Telangana Record of Rights in Land Act, 2O2O (for brevitl. 'the Act, 2O2O"l ald the Rules made thereunder, the petitioner sub nitted a u,ritten application dated O 1 .O9.2021, as such, the resporr lent authorities could not consider the same. After filing of the 'r rit petition, the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Lanc r ) Act, 2O25 (for brevitl', "the Act, 2025), came into force and ROR : rrtal is u'orking accordingly. However, if the petitioner makes a fresh application through the online Bhu-Bharati portal, the respondent authorities u,i1l consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance ri'ith larl,. Therelore, learned Assistant Government pleader requested this Court to pass appropriate orders.

In view. o[ the submissions made on either side. without going into the merits of the case, this Writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petirioner to make a fresh online application through the online portal as per rhe AcL.2O2S and the Rules made thereunder. Upon recerpt of such application, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders by giving an opportunit_v to the petitioner as well as the unofficial respondents in accordance with law and communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner as expeditiousry as possible.
