Iv\Ihen the matter came up for hearing on 22.o8.2o2s and also on prerdous occasions, it was brought to the notice of this Court that th,= counsel for the petitioner, Sri venkateshwar Varanasi, is no mor'3. In view of the sarne, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for service of notice on the petitioner.

4. As; seen from the prayer in the above writ petition, the limited grievan<:e of the writ petitioner is that the representati,on made to respondent No.3 has not been considered. The learned Standing counsel for respondent Nos.l to 3 submits that notice has already been issrued to the unofficial respondents for further action, and contend:s that appropriate steps will be taken to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.rr.2olo in accordance with law.

5. In vie'*, of the same, respondent No.3 is directed to consider the petitioner's represenration dated 24.Ll.2olo hy following due procedure of lau,, u'ithin a period of eight (g) weeks from the date of receipt ol'a copy of this order.

6. Needless to say, respondent No.3 shall issue notice to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos.4 and 5 before taking any ,: : t; u F!' i I :: 1i 3 action, and shall alford them an opporhrnrff of being heard prior to passing any orders.
