PRASHANTH RAO, The Court made the following: ORDER rs."J:1qmlar "q{-'# F$z '+, THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T, VINOD KUMAR Writ Petitio n No.4 6L7 of 2025 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G'Aniketh Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and Sri G.Prashanth Rao, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4, and perused the record.

Shorn of unnecessary details, the case of the petitioner, in brief, is that though the petitioner has been arrayed as accused in Crime Nos'392 and 533 of 2024, the 3'd respondent having filed charge sheet in both the aforesaid crimes, numbered as C.C'Nos.846 of 2024 and 9 of 2025 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate at Chevella, Ranga Reddy District, and pending adjudication, the respondents-authorities are calling the petitioner to the 3'd respondent police station regularly at midnight and also at early hours, thereby, subjecting him to unbearable tofture.

Petitioner further contends that the respondents-authorities having laid charge sheet in the aforesaid crimes registered, cannot in the name of investigation into the aforesaid crimes, call the petitioner to the police station, which action of the respondents-authorities it is contended as highly illegal, arbitrary and amounts to interfering with his personal life and liberty. 4. Per contra, learned Assistant Government pleader for Home appearing on beharf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that the petitioner in addition to crime Nos.392 and 533 of 2024, had invorved himserf in another case, videCrime No.73 of 2025 dt.03.02.2025.
5. Learned Assistant Government pleader further submits that the aforesaid crime has been registered on the basis of compraint made by one S.Shiva Sai Goud, stating that the petitioner is calling him and making abusive and scandalous comments about his mother.

Learned Assistant Government pleader further submits that on the authorities receiving the aforesaid complaint on 03.02.2025, have registered a case, vide crime No.73 of 2025 against the petitioner herein and for causing investigation into the aforesaid crime registered, the authorities have called him to the police station.
7. Learned Assistant Government pleader further submits that the authorities after conducting investigation into the aforesaid third crime, have laid charge sheet before the concerned Court on 25.03.2025, vlde S.R.No.1344 of 2025 and CC number is awaited.
8. Learned Assistant Government pleader further submits that except conducting investigation into the aforementioned crimes, stated to have been committed by the petitioner, the respondents-authorities never , interfered with his personal life and liberty. 3

Learned Assistant Government Pleader further submits that slnce the petitioner had involved himself in more than two crimes, the authorities have already opened a rowdy sheet against him and transferred the aforesaid rowdy sheet to Uppal Police Station within whose \ \ t I jurisdiction the petitioner resides.
10. I have taken note of the respective contentions urged.

Though the petitioner by the present Writ Petition had claimed of his involvement in Crime Nos.392 and 533 of 2024 only, wherein a charge sheet having been laid, the respondents-a uthorities cannot interfere or call him to the police station, it is now revealed that another case, vide Crime No.73 of 2025 has been registered against the petitioner on 03.02.2025.

Since, subsequent crime has been registered against the petitioner on 03.02.2025, and the petitioner having called for investigation into the aforesaid crime, in which it is now stated that after conducting investigation, a charge sheet has been filed on 25.03.2025, this Court is of the view that the respondents-a uthorities are to be directed not to interfere with the life and libefty of the petitioner except in accordance with law if the petitioner has involved himself in any further crimes.
