3. Notice in respect of respondent No'5 is dispensed with' on the ground that petitioners restricted their claim to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated O1,.O2.2O25, in accordance with law'

4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties' the writ petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission'

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have submitted representation before respondent No'4 on 2 OI.O2.2O25, requesting him to cancel their membership in Fishermen License Hoiders primary Marketing Co-operative Society, Velgatoor Village and Mandal, Jagtia,l District and further requested him to provide membership in respondent No.5 SocieQz, on the ground that the petitioners are presiding within the operation of respondent No.S Society. She further submits that respondent No.4 without considering the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 18.08.2023 arrd orders passed by this Court in W.p.No.2716 I of 2024, dated 14.1O.2O24, issued impugned notice dated OB.OI.2O2S, on the ground that the petitioners are not entitled to seek membership in respondent No.5 Societ5z as they are already members in Fishermen License Holders primar5z Marketing Co_ operative Society, Velgatoor Village and Mandal, Jagtial District and the same is contrary to law. However, she requested this Court to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 01.02.2025, rn accordalce with law.

6. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Fisheries submits that respondent No.4 will consider the representation 3 submitted by the petitioners dated 01.02.2025, in accordance with law ald requested this Court to grant reasonable time.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the respective parties and after perusal of the material available on record, it reveals that respondent No.4 issued impugned notice dated 0B.O 1.2025, pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 18.08.2023 and also as per the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2716l of 2024, dated 14.1O.2O24, wherein it is stated that the petitioners are already members in Fishermen License Holders Primary Marketing Co-operative Society, Velgatoor Village and Mandal, Jagtial District and they are not entitled to seek membership in respondent No.5 Society. The record further discloses that the petitioners submitted representation dated 07.02.2025, wherein they requested respondent No.4 to calcel their membership in Fishermen License Holders Primary Marketing Co-operative Societ5z, Velgatoor Village and Mandal, Jagtial District and provide membership in respondent No.5 Society and the said representation is pending for consideration. +

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case ald submissions made by the respective parties and rn ithout going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ petition, with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated O I .02 -2025 and, pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice and opportunity to the petitioners as well as respondent No,5 Society, incl uding personal hearing. 9 With the above clirection, the Writ petition is disposed of.
