Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI D.ANIKETH REDDY Counsel for the Respondents: AGp FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER ?^ ' I I 1 , I I HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASI{AR REDDY IIIRIT PETITION No.45O7 of2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Articl e 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief "...to issue a writ, more particularly in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondent No'4, Patanchelx in not considering the applications of the petitioner and not conducting the survey of land totally admeasuring Acres 11-24 guntas in Survey Nos'569/A3, 570/RU, 56910, 5691A, 569/Ru, s69 lU, s69' 569 lE' 569 I Al l, 569 / Al2 following extents of land situated at Patighalpur Village, Patanchenrvu Mandal, Sangareddy as being illegal arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 3OO-A of the Constitution of India, zrnd to direct the respondent No:4 to consid.er the F-Line applications dated 29'11 2024 filed by the petitioner, and consequently to take appropriate steps to conduct the survey of the land totaliy admeasuring Acres 11-24 guntas Survey Nos.569/A3, 57OlRU' 569/O' 569/A, 569/Ru, 56slu, 569, s69/8, s69/Al1' s69/A/2 and pass..." 2 Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record It is stated that the petitioner is the owner and 3. pattadar of agricultural lands forming part of Sy'No'569 and its sub-divisions situated at Patighanapur Village, *PEtancherurr Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed vide document bearing No.10728-of 2019, dated 07.O3.2O19 and he also purchased various extents of land under various registered sale deeds ald the revenue alrthorities have also issued pattadar passbooks and title dee,ls as per provisions of the Telarrgana Rights in Larrd ard pattadar Pass Bool<s Act, l97l and also e-pattdar passbooks as per the provisions of the Telangana Rights in L:rnd and Pattadar- Pass Books Act, 2O2O. It is further case of the petitioner that he has made an application on the file of responderlt No.4 seeking to conduct survey and demarcation of the subject lalds basing on passbooks and saledeeds. 4 . Leamed counsel appearing for the petitioner vehemently contended that the application subm itted by the petitioner is in compliance with the circular instructions issued by the Commissioner Survey Settlements ald Land Records and also tlLey are agricuitural lands, therefore, F-line appiications su.bmitted by the petitioner are maintainable I i I I ! Learned Assistant Governil?nt Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has purchased the various extents of land forming part of Sy.Nos.569, 570 and 595 and the petitioner was issued individual pass books for the above extents of lands' Further, it is stated that the petitioner also submitted ind.ividual applications for conducting survey and it is stated that each application has to be issued individual notices to the adjoining pattadars' The petitioner is not entitledtomaintainacommonwritpetitionforconducting survey.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that he is confining the relief to the extent of conducting survey to one application uide No'1961650' dated 29.1,1,.2024 and for the remaining applications the petitioner may be permitted to file separate cases' 7 . With the above liberty, confining the relief to the extent of application No'196165O, dated 29'11'2024' the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to in accordance with the circular conduct the surveY strictlY I I instruction s issued by the- Commissioner Survey SettlemcrLts and Land Records, if the application submitted by the pr:titioner is complied with all requirements, after issuing notices to all interested stake holders ald adjacent pattadars. If the petitioner is otherwise not enl.itled for survey, thc respondents are directed to pass a r-easoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
