Learned counsel for the petitioners [tu-1] cr subrnits that. while the matter stood thus, the official respcrLdents, under the in{luence and prqss+rre of certain political prr .ties and without rssulng arty t-totrce, are attempting to disposs: ;s the petitioners a from the land in question, which is uncler their cultivation. He contends that such action is in crear vioration of constitutiona.t I I I I I I t mandates. He, therefore, seeks the indulgence of this Hon,ble Court to pass appropriate orders clirecting the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners lrom the subject land. 5' on the other hand, rearned Assistant Government preadcr for Revenue, upon instructions, u,ould submit that the official respondents are not trying to dispossess the petitioners from the land in their possession and only on assumptions and presumptions, filed this Writ petition prematurely, and sought for dismissal of the Writ petition. 6 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government pleacler for Revenue, and upon perusal of the material piaced berore this court, this court, without expressing any opinion on the aspcct of possession of the subject land by the petitioners, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners except _by_following due process of law. / 4
