HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2OSOO of 2o23 ORDER: It is stated that the petitioners are the pattadars and possessors of the land to an extent of Acs.8.1600 guntas in Sy.Nos.3e3/A/Lltlt, 3s3lA/2, ss3lAltl2, 393/A/ l/1/2 and 3931A/3 situated at Kudurmaiia Village (Doultabad), Dodyala Mandal, Vikarabad District. It is further 3s3lAA/1, stated that the names of the petitioners were recorded in all the revenlle records and the petitioners have also issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds in their favour uide Khata Nos.787, 60218, 1121, 602\4 and 60213. The grievance of the petitioners is that though they are entitled for Raithu Bandu as investment subsidy for cultivating the. aforesaid lands as per the policy enunciated by the Government, the respondents are not releasing the said amounts to enable them to cultivate their 1ands.

Irr r r':r :rf the above submissions and sinr:e it i; stated bv the learned As;i, ant Government Pleader for Revenue tlrat civil suit is i l I I % 3 CVBR, J wp 20500 2023 pending and injunction orders are operating and as it is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that there is no injunction order operating rhe land of the petitioners in Sy.No.393 and its sub-division numbers, this Court is of the view that the ends of justice would be met if the petitioners are permitted to hle fresh application before the respondents seeking for deletion of their lands from blocking. In the event of such application being made the respondents are directed to verify the Court .orders whether it is operating on the petitioners' lands and the petitioners are party defendants to the said proceedings and in the event of said orders are not operating on the petitioners lands, the respondents are directed to delete the survey numbers . of the petitioners from blocking and release the raithu bandu amount within a period of four (4) weeks, from the date of application made by the pet it-ioners.
