Aggrieved by the action of the Registr,. in, Orrno..,, in not receiving and registering the subject : ocument. the present writ petition is Iiled.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner fur:leer submits that the issue involved in this matter is co rne:cted with W.P.No.19t06 of 2070, which is hled br l_he State Government against the order in LGC.No (i7 of l99Z passed by the Special Court under th,: A.p. I.and Grabbing (prohibition) Act, 19g2, Hyderarr rd and the was dismissed by the Division Bench r f this Court on 28.O5.2025. Therefore, learned Counsel . equested to _ =f*. sK,J W.P.No.z1464 of 2026 allow the writ petition by directing the respondent No.4- Sub-Registrar to register and release the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner

4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration has not disputed the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner

5. In view of the submissions made by both the sides and in view of dismissal of the W.P.No. 19106 of 20 1O on

28.05.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.4/Sub-Registrar to receive, register and release the document presented by the petitioner 1n respect of subject property without reference to LGC No.167 of 1997, subject to the petitioner complying with the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamps Act, L899. It is also open to the Regislering Authority to refuse the document presented by tJ:e petitioner, if any other objection, by duly assigning the reasons and communicate the same to the petitioner. 4 sI(,J W.P.I o.4z164 of 20.26
