5. In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Wr:it petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner herein to approach respondent. No.3..and submit all the relevant documents for registration of subject propert5r. On receipt of the said relevant documents, respondent No.3 sha-ll consider and processes the same, as per the provisions of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and Registration Act, 190g. Respondent No.3 shall complete the said exercise wihhin a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt ol_ arcopy of this order. There sha,ll be no order as to costs.
