It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to .z that, the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 30.01.2025 passed in W.p.No.2605 of 2025 and hence, the present writ petition courd be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petataoner and the learned Standing Counset appearing on behatf of respondent Nos.2 to 7, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directlng the petitioner to make a fresh application within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order atong with a[ the relevant docrrments as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with aI the relevant documents, the respondents shall consider the said wP 4364 Z0Z5 application filed by the petitioner, seeking providing of 3 SN, J Phase Non-Domestic and Commercial Connections, total Load of 5OOO watts vide Reg.No. NR915254243571 connection to the petitioner in respect of the property, in Plot No.19lA, in Survey No.1OO7, admeasuring 55O Sq.
