It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on 3: behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 7 that, the subject issue in the present Writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 30.01.2025 passed ,n,$V.p.^o.zOOs of 2025 and hence, the present writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions put forth by both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 7t th'e writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage directing the petitioner to make a fresh application within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with all the relevant documents as mandated under the rules and on receipt of such application with al! the relevant documents, the respondents shall consider the said *77 .,,./ SN, J wP M08 2025 application faled by the petitioner, seeking providing of 3 3 Phase Non-Domestic and Commercial Connections, total Load of 5OOO watts vide Reg. No.NR91525428358O connection to the petitioner in respect of the property Plot No.19, in Survey No.1OO7, admeasuring 5OO Sq. Yards situated at Kukatpally (V), Balanagar (M), Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State, in accordance to law preferably within a period of two(2) weeks thereafter, and pass appropriate orders on the said application of the petitioner.
