ORDER: Petitioner Respondents Heard Sri C.Sai Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action \ 2 of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner,s retiral benefits, despite token numbers having a-lready been raised by the resp<>ndent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

Lea:rned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the /is raise,c. in the present writ petition has already been adjudical.ed by the Division Bench of this court in w.P.No.23138 of 2o25, which was disposed of uid.e order dated o3.09.20:25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present V/rit Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispttte the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of w.p.No.2313g of 2o2s dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respond.ents will release the amotrnts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons z[ike in the order dated o3.og.2o2s passed by the b\- t i ,,:iiffiiiii;:jnr.# 3 Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within ] Period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire alnount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of LOo/o pet annum, from the date the amount fell due, tiIl the actual date of its payment.
